I wanted to e-mail with a quick update after my left robotic neurolysis last Thursday July 18. It’s hard to believe it’s already been a week already. First and foremost, I must thank you and your wonderful staff (everyone at office & hospital of course) for your unbelievable support throughout the entire week-long process. It was so refreshing to come into contact with professionals who understand what I experience and do everything possible to help. My dad, also a physician, who you met post-surgery had nothing but the absolute kindest words to speak of you so I must pass that along as well, especially when hearing of the innovative use of the Axo-guard around nerves.
Undoubtedly the biggest positive I can report to you today (8 days post surgery) is that I have not at all experienced (knocking on wood as I type) the typical left testicular pain I had endured every day the last 2.5+ years, which brings an incredible smile to my face and all of my family’s faces. It has been remarkable not feeling any pain on the underside or bottom, and my fingers remain crossed that perhaps I am in the 10-15% group you referenced that can feel immediate relief. I hope that by the time we consult, I have even better news to share with you then as well.
Thank you again for ALL your time and consideration in working with me. You have truly restored my faith and confidence in leading a more pain-free life again and I am forever grateful.
Warm Regards,
Eric R., Pennsylvania
